Venue costs
The IBERGRID'2010 event contains this year 3 major activities: the Conference, from Monday afternoon 24th May till Thursday lunch time 27th May, a Workshop on HPC, the "II Jornadas Ibéricas de Supercomputação", on Thursday afternoon 27th May, and a Tutorial day on Friday 28th May.
Participants are invited to register early with a generous discount on the registration fees. This helps the organization to better plan the scientific and the social activities.
Funds have also been requested to partially support the registration fees of the author presenting each oral communication, with a limit of one author per organization. So, please do prepare really a well designed communication to improve the chance of being selected.

The registration fee includes lunches and coffee breaks daily, the conference reception, the conference gala dinner and the conference proceedings. Students are required to show a valid ID card at the registration desk, at the conference.
Tickets for the conference banquet will be on sale at the Registration Desk for accompanying persons.

In case of cancellation of registration, refunds are subject to a 50 € processing fee and must be received by the Registration and Accomodation Office no later than 30th April 2010.
Workshop on HPC: II Jornadas Ibéricas de Supercomputação
Registration is mandatory, free of charge, and includes a coffee break.

Tutorial:
Access to Grid and HPC Resources
This tutorial runs in two separate sessions: the morning session with talks, and the 3 afternoon hands-on sessions, addressed to a limited audience, in two repetitive sets of parallel sessions. Each participant may be able to folow only two tracks in the afternoon.
